This program is available for sellers who list with Real Estate Advocates and who either uses REA Inc. when buying their next home as their agent, or uses our services to be referred to another agent in a market we do not serve.

REA Inc. will list the seller's home for no Listing commission, saving you 3-3.5% on the listing side of the transaction. If the seller secures the buyer REA Inc. will do full service for 1% of the sales transaction, thus saving the seller another 2-2.5% commission compared to most companies.

A commission will be paid to any agent from any company including REA Inc. for bringing a buyer with an accepted contract. We suggest 3% to remain competitive.

If seller sells the home themselves during the listing period, then 1% of the sales price will be due at closing minus the $500 retainer fee.

If seller chooses to withdraw at any time during the listing they can upon signing a written withdrawal. The listing will be in effect until the home sells.

*Seller understands there is a $500 retainer fee due at time of listing. This fee is nonrefundable if Seller withdraws or does not use our services to buy. This retainer will be refunded at time of closing on new new home. Seller understands there is a 1% commission if sold by the seller to REA Inc. REA will provide full service. Seller understands they must use REA Inc. to buy their next home to qualify for the free listing refund of their listing fees.
